I started on October 2011 when they diagnosed me with high blood pressure , high cholesterol, fatty liver among others health problems . My current fitness goals are to reduce my body fat and gain strength. I train a different body part each day. A typical day for me , I will do my 30 minutes cardio and for example I will do legs that day , which consist in barbell squats , goblet squats , lunges , dumbbell calf raises and barbell glute bridge. Even with two protrusion discs on my lower back , I do what I can without hurting my back even more. Currently following the Paleo Primal diet plan , which consist in protein , veggies and fruits . No processed foods, gluten or dairy .
